Our opinion of Cindy Voss.
It’s a difficult and hard experience selling a home you love and have lived in for 35 years. However, being seniors, we had to move into a place where help was available.
We were advised to interview at least three Realtors. Which we did. All three of them were very knowledgeable of the market and were very professional. Two of them seem to be very good Realtors. The third one, Cindy Voss, seem to have a special quality about her. She seemed to understand that selling our house was an enormous task for someone our age. All things being relatively equal, we chose Cindy.
Over time we found out that Cindy was not a good Realtor She was a FANTASTIC Realtor! From the start, she made all the arrangements necessary to make our house show well. This included an estate sale, and cleaning up the house getting it ready for sale. Which even included the outside shrubbery to make for a good presentation even before you entered the house?
We had a contract within two weeks. She took care of fixing all of the discrepancies that the buyer’s inspector found. With everything, she had us make the decision, and she executed project.
As with most home sales, a few hiccups do occur. Cindy resolved them quickly and efficiently.
So.… You want an excellent Realtor to sell your home for top dollar? Your choice should be, Cindy Voss. She really knows her stuff.
